Equipped with the first Euro 5 version of the sparkling CP2, a 689 cm³ twin, the model takes things to a new level. Featuring a dynamic new look and the best power-to-weight ratio in its class, the Tracer 700 is designed to deliver a great deal of thrills.

Equipped with dual LED position lights and LED headlights, the Tracer 700 sports a modern, aggressive new look.

The new front end gives it a much bolder look. Blending in with the fuel tank cover, this aerodynamic fairing offers wind and weather protection for improved comfort over long distances. The new front mudguard follows this new design direction to reinforce the bike's formidable new style.

cP2 689 cm³ engine

the new Tracer 700 is powered by a 689 cm³ crossplane twin, one of Yamaha's most popular engines. What makes this engine so special is its 270° crankshaft, which provides an ignition sequence at irregular intervals, delivering linear torque that responds directly to rider acceleration.

For , this engine is enriched with optimized injection and ignition parameters, a redesigned air intake, optimized exhaust parameters and a modified exhaust system, enabling it to exceed EU5 standards.
Offering maximum power at 8,750 rpm and maximum torque at 6,500 rpm, the Tracer 700's engine delivers a thrilling riding experience. The wide torque variation guarantees strong acceleration, and with a modified secondary transmission ratio, the model is even more responsive.

lightest in its class, best power-to-weight ratio

Featuring a lightweight tubular frame and aluminum swingarm with an extended wheelbase (+10 mm) of 1,460 mm, the Tracer 700's compact chassis is one of the most agile in Sport Touring. With the lowest all-up weight in its class, just 196 kg, combined with its exhilarating engine, the Tracer 700 offers the best power-to-weight ratio.

adjustable front and rear suspension

To enable Tracer 700 owners to explore the bike's full potential, the new model is equipped with an improved 41 mm cartridge-type fork. Spring rates have been adjusted to optimize handling. The model features adjustable shock absorber rebound and preload. Thanks to the adjustable shock absorber, the bike is easy to configure to suit different rider weights and road conditions.

aerodynamic bubble with one-hand adjustment

the Tracer 700 is equipped with a slim aerodynamic bubble, with superior optical quality. With just one hand, the height of the bubble can be adjusted by over 60 mm. In addition, handguards offer extra protection against wind and weather.

The Tracer 700 is designed for an upright riding position. It features 34 mm wider handlebars, in the middle of which accessories can be attached. Like the new seat shape, the handlebar improves ergonomics for greater comfort and control over long distances.

curved two-seater for rider and passenger comfort

Whether riding solo or as a duo, the new one-piece saddle offers enhanced comfort for both rider and passenger. It offers greater freedom in the choice of riding position. The front section integrates perfectly with the fuel tank and fairing to provide a firm grip at knee level, while the curved profile provides better support for the rider during acceleration.

The rear of the seat is slightly higher, providing a more comfortable position for the passenger. The new saddle also features details such as stitching that add a touch of style.

negative LCD instrument panel

One of the Tracer 700's new features is the negative LCD instrument panel with multifunction display. The tachometer and gear indicator are in color. The rider can easily adjust the display using a knob on the left of the handlebars.
