The human version of period cramps

I have a lengthy 30+ exchange from Eric Peng harassing me for filing a PayPal claim. This is the only PayPal claim I had ever filed and it became necessary after I placed an order, several weeks passed with no updates, so I tried calling/emailing but both were non-working. Paying over 2k for equipment and not having contact information is unacceptable as is, but the behavior that followed was even more unhinged.

Eric lied repeatedly in an attempt to get me to call PayPal and release funds to him saying he already shipped the item. Firstly, nobody ships equipment without having cleared payment and secondly, the package never left his warehouse so him trying to manipulate me into saying the package was en route was scheming.

He threw out generic threats of reporting me to PayPal for “dishonesty”, was barking about my credit would be negatively affected and various other random comical strategies. I assume this type of calculating, bullish behavior has worked for him in the past, although I can’t imagine how. Long story short: I had already been in contact with PayPal for weeks prior and had a paper trail he was dumb enough to give me on a silver platter, so I sat back and watched his tantrum unfold while keeping PayPal updated. Thankfully, I have a reformer that’ll be delivered this week from a reputable company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Edit: (response to his absurd reply) You sent tracking *weeks* after I was already involved in a PayPal dispute. For any future customers, the dispute was filed because every call/ listed was disconnected. A reputable company does not have no means of reliable contact.

*Then*, you continued to lie and say the package was in transit and you spent 1k on shipping (lol) when the shoddy equipment never left your warehouse. You were desperate for me to call PayPal and drop the pending claim. Thankfully, PayPal knew exactly what type of “company” they were dealing with and your emails were the cherry on top. I’d tell you to stop scamming people and get a real job, but based off your behavior it’s evident you couldn’t function in a professional setting.

Edit one: Once again, I have proof that everything unfolded exactly the way I typed up and based off your other reviews, I’d say my experience isn’t isolated. You went from claiming you spent hundreds of dollars, to $800 and to 1k in a matter of a few emails. You calling others frauds doesn’t take the spotlight off of you. I’m sure Balanced Body agrees.

Edit 2: Nobody wants to scam you out of your low grade, poor quality equipment, Eric. After I tried contacting you for weeks regarding my order, forced to open a Paypal dispute and was refunded, I promptly promptly purchased equipment from a reputable company. Thankfully, this establishment isn’t familiar with court depositions such as yourself.

Hi Vanessa, you ordered the white V3 Reformer on August 1st.

According to the shipping terms and conditions on our website and the product page already states the delivery time.

So we shipped it to you on August 21 via CEVA Logistics and have updated you with the tracking number via .

But then, without notifying us, you initiated a refund request to PayPal, claiming that we had not shipped the item, and if you can upload a picture I would love to prove that we had shipped the item to you and that the tracking number had been sent to you by the system. But you claimed not to have received our shipping information.

After many emails, we could not reach an agreement and give you a full refund. And we covered all the shipping costs (about $700)!!!

I don't know why I am still getting negative comments from you? I can't spoil you malicious refusals and dishonest people!

Update:

Are you being funny? PayPal will be notifying us as soon as you start a dispute. You're telling me we're still shipping to you weeks after you initiated the dispute?

That it will cost us hundreds of dollars in shipping?

Are you trying to falsely accuse us of being stupid or are you insulting everyone's intelligence?

Please familiarize yourself with PayPal's terms and conditions before smearing us.

You are one of those frauds with no integrity.

Final update: This person is a scammer. Maliciously refused payment without notifying us when we shipped the goods and updated her tracking number. Attempting to get the shipment by fraud.

We can accept normal negative reviews, but cannot accept false accusations from a scammer.
